We slow-smoke our fish over a sugar maple fire to give it a fine smoky taste. We smoke:

  • Whitefish

  • Salmon
    firm, mild gourmet treat
  • Lake Trout
    rich flavor, high in healthful fish oil

*When available, we also smoke menominee, herring and chubs.*

All our fish are brined with garlic and brown sugar for unmatched flavor.
